The New THOMA$ REPORT on Tuesday, January 29, 2008 5:31:47 PM
The press savaged
President Gerald Ford while he was in office, and mostly after he left office.
Now that he's dead, they remember and report all the "GOOD" things he
did, and they spent most of the day after his death lauding him. I guess that
just proves the old adage, "There's nothing like dying to cleanse your
record." I'm not saying either version of history is the truth. I'm just
calling attention to the "selective memory" of the press. (Just common sense)
