Ed Stein,
ultra-liberal cartoonist for the Rocky Mountain News does a strip in
which he intimates Republicans won't vote for anybody who is not white and
male. How stupid is that? I'm about as close to being Republican as you can be
without being one, and I'd vote for a black person or a woman if one
came up who was worth his/her salt. I wish Condoleeza Rice would run. Then we'd
get both a black and a woman. But she lacks certain elements that would
appeal to a liberal. She's a conservative. The problem with Hillary and Obama
is not sex or race, as Democrats want you to think. It's that both of them are
unapologetic socialists, as are most of the other Democrat candidates. (Ed Stein)
