Stupid Politician Tricks

In Lebanon, it seems like "surrender" is their "plan of operation." The other day, they fired the director of security at their airport because he was a "terrorist sympathizer." Hezbolla (one of the best known terrorist groups) objected and started making trouble for the government. So the government, predictably, "surrendered" and reinstated him (they say "temporary." Then there is Burma (also known as Myanmar) where 100,000 people have died and many more are homeless, where the communist dictatorship is "allowing" in a very small amount of "humanitarian aid," which they have "confiscated (stolen"), and where they devote more manpower to following and intimidating news crews than they have to helping their people survive. They "handed out" boxes of aid, with propaganda messages enclosed, making it look like they are they source. In Russia (where there IS no communism any more) "former" communist secret policeman and later president Vladmir Putin was appointed (and installed) as prime minister by his "hand-picked" successor to the presidency, which is now little more than a "ceremonial position" (with most power now in the prime minister's hands (and they really think the world doesn't notice things like this?). In Iraq, they have done exactly what the terrorists want them to do, so they'll "agree to stop shooting at each other. In America, President George Bush (who is "marrying off" his daughter this weekend) has "bought" AlGore's massive global swindle about man-made global warming. He further thinks "America is "addicted to oil." Under that definition, I'm "addicted" to food and water because I eat and drink it every day. I have to, to stay alive. That's not "an addiction." It's a "basic need," as is oil.

Who The Hell Does He Think He Is?

New York Mayor Bloomberg is suing a gun manufacturer in Georgia, and that dealer is citing the Second Amendment in his defense. So Bloomberg is now trying to get the judge to stop them from even MENTIONING the Second Amendment. What gall! Even if the judge HAD that kind of authority, he shouldn't, because the Second Amendment is a BASIC right, no matter what Bloomberg might think (He says "any reference to the Second Amendment is irrelevant in this trial." How stupid is that?). That's like telling a judge to stop any reference to murder in a murder trial. I think we need to get rid of politicians like Bloomberg. I'm thankful he's not the mayor of Denver, although we have had some mayors her just as bad, if not as rich. Bloomberg has a "total disregard" for the law. That's not the kind of politician we want in this country. If not for the Constitution, Bloomberg might be in line for the job of "dictator" if it ever came open, and he'd do the job with a complete disregard for not only the law, but for the rights of citizens. Where Did the "Smoking Settlement Money" Go?

In Illinois, they have passed a law allowing them to "take" $235 million dollars of the $270 million they STOLE from the cigarette companies (You know, the money that was "earmarked" for anti-smoking propaganda?). This just proves, once again, that the act of suing cigarette companies for making a LEGAL product was not about smoking and cigarettes. It was simply a means of "stealing the profits" of companies who, they could convince enough people, made a product THEY didn't like. I think if we looked, we'd find that this sort of thing has happened in every state who got a "cut of the loot." (Just common sense)
