Take a "molehill" and make a "mountain" out of it to advance your agenda.
Take something that could have been "taken care of" with maybe a
small fine and threaten the "perp" with jail. They probably want to
"seize" his car too, for not mowing his lawn as often as they think
he should. They seem to think they have that right because they're doing the
mowing in a lot of cases (mostly in foreclosures). Seems to me that simply
billing the homeowner for the cost of mowing would be sufficient, and even could
be a "revenue enhancement" for the city. But NOOO. They want to put
them in jail. Doesn't the Constitution prohibit "cruel and unusual
punishment?" (WKYC)
