New York Mayor Bloomberg filed a "junk
lawsuit" against a Georgia gun dealer in spite of a federal law against
such suits and the "subject" of the suit "defaulted" on
this suit because he knew he could not get a fair trial in this court, sending
this suit to federal court, where he felt he could. Maybe Mayor Bloomberg needs
to find himself in trouble for ignoring this federal law, unless they
"forgot" to append any "punishment phase" to the law. Often
they make such laws without specifying punishment, so they can say they helped
pass such a law, knowing the law would not do anything if no punishment is
specified. I'll be watching this case to see what happens, both to the
"victim" and to Mayor Bloomberg. (SAF)
