Osama bin Laden and his ilk don't HAVE any "rights" in the United States! The liberals think
if we brought Osama bin Laden to Gitmo, he should be entitled to the same
rights as any American. So let's not bring him to Gitmo if they ever find his
charred body. Let Afghanistan try him and execute him under THEIR laws if they
can find anything left of him, as Iraq did Saddam. They are NOT Americans.
They are not ENTITLED to constitutional rights. Even though they wear no
uniforms, they are "enemy combatants" and should be shot on sight
if caught "in the act" on the battlefield. (Just common sense)
