Did Saddam Have WMDs?

Was it all a lie? " If it was, it was Saddam's lie, to try and frighten the world. The media have been telling us for years that Saddam had no WMDs, so "Bush's War": was based on a "lie." And those who believed Saddam did have WMDs or WMD programs were delusional." Now it appears that it is those very media people who are delusional. Saddam DID have a "nuclear program" just before we invaded. Bush did NOT "lie" to get us into an "unnecessary war." This war WAS "necessary," and the media turn out to be the liars. And they based their lies on more lies told by a former ambassador who "couldn't find" evidence in Iraq of WMDs. Did he really think they would be easy to find? What a scam! Our whole foreign policy declaimed by a bunch of liars--and we continue to believe their lies. Sheesh! (American Thinker)

Terrorists As "Patriots"

Liberals today want to equate the Islamic terrorists to the Founders of this great country. There is NO comparison. Islamic terrorists just want to kill EVERYBODY who does not believe the way they do. The Founders of this country were patriots who declared their independence from Britain and were persecuted for it until we "whipped their butts (the British)." To equate Islamic terrorists to our "Founders" is to insult them, and the country they created with their own blood. This is the difference between the reaction to 9/11 by different people: "Conservatives saw the savagery of 9/11 and the attacks and prepared for war. Liberals saw the savagery of the 9/11 attacks, and wanted to prepare indictments and offer therapy and understanding to our attackers." That's the difference between intelligent people and liberals. They wanted to put terrorists in PRISON after giving them the "rights" Americans are entitled to. They are NOT entitled to those rights. First of all, they are NOT "citizens" of this country and they do not represent any recognized government. They are killers for a cause (their own cause), and only deserve to be treated the same way they treat others. (Rush Limbaugh)

Did You See This in the Liberal Media?

Probably not. Or if you did, they "played it down" as much as they could. " In a joint US-Iraqi operation that began in May in the northern Iraqi city of Mosul directed at al-Qaeda's last redoubt, the Times OnLine reports that the Iraqis have achieved a spectacular success and is rolling up al-Qaeda fighters while reducing the violence in that city by an astonishing 80%:" What I've heard about it is that the media, when asked why they "buried" reports about this, responded that "No violence, or a reduction in violence is not news. More violence is." In other words, when we have success, "it's not news" unless a lot of AMERICANS are killed. We don't even HEAR about how many al-Qaida are killed. (American Thinker)

Gore Hates It When Truth Told

He says, "John Christy," (who wrote a piece dissenting from his views for the "Wall Street Journal" "no longer belongs to the IPPC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) and is way outside the scientific consensus." What twaddle THAT is! Just because Gore says so? Because Christy doesn't agree with him, he is "out side the scientific consensus?" What he's saying is, "I've excommunicated him from my religion, so don't listen to him, even if the facts are on his side." They asked him about Christy's article and he said, "There are still people who believe that the Earth is flat, but when you’re reporting on a story like the one you’re covering today, where you have people all around the world, you don’t take--you don’t search out for someone who still believes the Earth is flat and give them equal time." And why not? Gore himself thinks "the Earth is flat" and they give HIM "equal time." He just hates it when TRUTH gets in the way of his swindle and he thinks people who disagree with him should be gelded and thrown in the trash heap. Gore thinks he is, or should be "the last word" on "climate science," even though he has NO expertise and has to rely on "junk science" to "prove" his claims and keep the millions coming into his bank account. It amazes me that many otherwise intelligent people "buy" his fantasies. (Think Progress)

"Our Lives, Our Fortunes, Our Sacred Honor"

Do you think these are "hollow words," not taken seriously by the "Founders" of this great country? Read the transcript of this speech, by the father of today's "top patriot," Rush Limbaugh, detailing what happened to many of the Founders, their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor. See what happened to many of them and their families at the hands of the British, who saw them only as "traitors." Today, people like Barack Obama want to paint "patriotism" as "criticizing your country" because of this. But what patriotism REALLY is, is "love of country," whether or not it is governed properly, as it was not, at the time of the Declaration of Independence. Patriotism is NOT "criticizing your country," but realizing its strengths AND weaknesses and not being afraid to mention both. Obama and his ilk only count "criticism" of our country as patriotism. I disagree, and I question HIS patriotism. I know he will "bristle" if he ever reads this, but I don't care. Even if (ESPECIALLY if) he ever gets to be president. He is a socialist, and if you don't know what that is, and why it is bad, look it up in a dictionary. (Rush H. Limbaugh, Jr.)

Spending $50 Billion on a Myth

"It is very unlikely that there will be a 'heterosexual epidemic' outside Africa, the director of the World Health Organization, told London's Independent newspaper. His bosses at the United Nations issued an official denial - but couldn't truly challenge his science." The myth of a heterosexual AIDS epidemic is now out. The director of WHO (who should know) says so. The United Nations, (who get to spend the $50 million, denied it. It's only your money, but they want it to spend, because money is power--and they revere power over all else. AIDS is one of the best-paying swindles going, outside of global warming, and they want to keep it going. They'll probably do an AlGore and declare this man as "outside the mainstream" to keep the bucks coming. Like global warming, it's a myth, but one that won't go away because too many people are depending on it to make them rich and/or powerful (I can't name this official because Town Hall thinks his name is "inappropriate language" and won't let it by).
