"Tries" to Blame Congress?

This is about as good an example of "twisting the news" as I've seen lately. The headline says, "Bush 'Tries' to Blame Congress for High Energy Costs," as if he were not right to do so. The fact is, Congress IS to blame for high energy costs by BANNING DRILLING essentially everywhere the United States controls things, and by allowing environmental crazies to force laws and regulations on us that essentially make it IMPOSSIBLE to build a single new oil-to-gas refinery in this country while allowing the building of ETHANOL refineries to be built by the hundreds (How do they "explain" that? Seems to me if building one kind of refinery is bad, BOTH ought to be.). "Tries" to blame Congress? Yes! Congress IS to blame, and don't you forget it when you're voting to either keep or "throw out" the liberal congresspeople who did it. (Yahoo News/AP)
