Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez thinks he knows it all, but in the "real world" he can't tell the difference between his rear end and a hole in the ground. Hugo can't even solve his OWN problems, let alone criticize the U. S. Yes, he is "big" in the oil business. But he wouldn't be ANYWHERE in the oil business if American oil interests had not built the oil industry in his country for him to steal. And steal it he did when he "nationalized" the oil industry in his country. "Nationalization" is just a "code word" for thievery that is used when a COUNTRY does it, rather than an individual. Since an individual can't "nationalize" anything, that word is used to mean "theft" of an industry by a "sovereign nation. When Chavez comes up with an answer to our problems that works, let him talk. Until then, he's just showing his ignorance and should shut up. (
