Who says? And who is it that thinks they should be released into the United States instead of being returned to their own country? What has this judge been SMOKING? Things like this, which come from judges appointed by Democrats) can only make it more dangerous to live in this country after people like this are released HERE, not sent home. The Democrats haven't been able yet to say that "Bush's policies" have made us LESS safe, but they're working hard on it. (
