The Democrats and other liberals are still saying that "drilling won't solve the problem." But right after Bush rescinded the Executive ban on drilling originally put in place by Democrats, the Congress, apparently moved by pressure, let their ban on drilling expire. Now the price of oil is back in the $60 buck range. Down from almost $150 a barrel. Almost back to where it was before this "spike" began. Remind me about how "drilling won't solve the problem," would you? (
