The "Crime" of Being Robbed

What kind of a stupid politician or bureaucrat made such a rule as to expose the VICTIMS of robbery to jail or fines for being "partly responsible" for being robbed? In Shreveport, Louisiana they apparently have some very ignorant "lawmakers." Paul Jacobs says, "I can’t say it’s the dumbest law out there because, well, there are so many dumb laws. It’s a very competitive field." We need an "intelligence test" for people who want to make laws and run the lives of the rest of us. . . . "Partly responsible?" Should a person who is robbed on the street be jailed for being robbed because he didn't resist that illegally-armed criminal harder? Remember, these are the same people who make laws to disarm honest people, ignoring the unalterable fact that CRIMINALS don't obey laws that say they can't be armed. The bad thing here is such laws ARE "laws." Silly, stupid, ignorant. But they ARE laws, and until rescinded, we have to obey them. How stupid is that? (Common Sense)
