Inflation Is the Biggest Government Swindle

When they print money, the way they’re doing for the “great giveaway” known as the “bailout,” (if we did it, we'd go to jail) where they give trillions of dollars to those “eeevil” corporations they formerly blamed for all our problems, they make ALL money in circulation worth less. I repeat. It makes ALL money now in circulation worth LESS. It’s like someone putting his hand in your pocket and removing SOME of your money. ALL money will then BUY less, and you will need to demand more of it from your employer. Then after giving YOU more, he will have to demand more from his customers, who will then have to demand more from THEIR employers, who will have to demand more from their customers, etc., etc., ad infinitum, ad nauseum. It’s a “hidden tax” on EVERYBODY that we can’t blame on politicians because no new tax was passed into law. And nobody (who isn’t paying attention or knows nothing about economics) knows why his money doesn’t buy as much any more. This is how the government steals your money without you knowing. And they’re doing it today by the TRILLIONS. They blame “the wage-price spiral” for inflation, but the “wage-price spiral” is a SYMPTOM of inflation, not the cause of it. The ONLY cause of inflation IS the government printing more and more money with nothing valuable behind it. If you notice NOTHING about politics, know this. So you won’t fall for their inflationary swindles. Wikipedia talks about “increases in the money supply.” Sounds innocent, doesn’t it? But that simply MEANS the government has printed more money. I WANT Him to Fail!

Make no mistake. I want Obama to fail, big time. If that’s unpatriotic, then jail me! As Ann Coulter says, "I guess it depends on the meaning of 'succeed.' If Obama 'succeeds' in pushing through big-government, terrorist-appeasing policies, he will not have 'succeeded' at being a good president. If we didn't think conservative principles of small government and strong national defense weren't better for the country, we wouldn't be conservatives." If he ever does an about-face and starts promoting small-government, (real) lower taxes, terrorist-defeating policies, I’ll be right there with him (if his promotions are true, and not “window dressing”). But as long as he adheres to his socialist, terrorist-appeasing policies, I will be rooting for him to FAIL. (Ann Coulter)

The "Stimulus Bill" Con

"Obama can pass his 'stimulus' bill without any Republican votes, and then take all the credit if it succeeds. But he knows it won't succeed, and he wants to avoid Clinton's fate. Clinton passed his first budget without GOP votes, and it helped spur the 1994 Republican takeover of Congress." (Rush Limbaugh) We can only hope he will pass it without Republican votes (if he can pass it), so he WILL suffer Clinton’s fate when it DOES fail. But I suspect he has a way in mind to blame the GOP when it DOES fail. The Democrats, and Obama in particular, are very good at shifting blame onto the Republicans. They’re doing it now with the “economic crunch” THEY created with their “Citizen’s Reinvestment Act of 1976 that FORCED lenders to loan money they KNEW would never be repaid. They’re blaming it on “the private sector” with no proof. They figure if they say it often enough, people will come to believe it. And they’re right. Those of us who “don’t pay attention to politics” only see headlines, and that’s what they use to blame the Republicans. Frankly, this is NOT a "stimulus bill," no matter what they call it. It is a "PORK" bill. Read it and see where the "stimulus" is. There isn't a whole lot, if any. The "stimulus" is for their supporters. (Just common sense)

HAMAS Holds America Responsible

That's what they say as they go about wantonly killing and maiming innocent men, women and children. They don't want to be held responsible themselves, although they're the ones who are killing innocent people ON PURPOSE. What a load! They really think just because they say it, America's responsible for their murder and mayhem. Sheesh! What stupes! How stupid is that? This post was originally  written in 2006. But it is every bit as timely right now as it was then. (Just common sense)

Get Off His Back!

I never saw myself as defending Obama on anything until the press started giving him a hard time about smoking. But in this case I'm in his corner. It’s NONAYABUZINESS! He doesn’t make a “big thing” of it, and neither should anybody else. I couldn’t care less if he smokes. That’s his right. It’s none of MY business, either. If smoking is his “crutch,” let him have it. There are too many other things, much more important, for which to give him a hard time, so quit wasting time on his smoking and criticize him for something important—such as his stupidity in announcing the closing of Guantanamo without first figuring out what to do with all those terrorist killers. Like him moving us closer and closer to socialism every day he lives as president. Like apologizing to Islamic terrorists and telling them “we’re not your enemy.” (Just common sense)

Tit for Tat

Palestinians are "marching in the streets" and parading the bodies of their children before television cameras and the liberal press it "eating it up." But do you EVER see such pictures when Palestinian terror groups rocket bomb civilians in Israel? No. Israel made a "targeting mistake" and ACCIDENTALLY killed some women and children while RETALIATING for an attack on Israel civilians that was done ON PURPOSE. Do we ever hear about that, except in the most general terms? Not on yer tintype! When is the world going to begin to realize that Israel is in a fight for its very LIFE? Accidents will happen, and will continue to happen so long as the Palestinian terrorists continue to TARGET Israeli CIVILIANS and put their own civilians in the line of fire so they can whine about it when they are killed. (Just common sense)

A Fiscally Responsible Administration

Obama claims he’s going to spend a lot less than any other president in history and then goes out and spends more money on his “coronation” than any other president in remembered history (A whole lot more than Bush spent on his, while being roundly criticized by Democrats for spending so much). There is no recession. Not for Obama. He has access to BILLIONS (TRILLIONS) of dollars of YOUR  money and he and his apostles spent it “willy-nilly” on his “coronation.” Makes you wonder how many “poor people” could have been fed with the money they spent on the inauguration and those many parties. They won, and they’re gaily spending our money as fast as they can. I'd really like to see a president who doesn't spend millions on his coronation and think it's right. (Zimbio)

Terrorists ARE "Civilians"

Afghanistan President Karzai is griping about American troops “killing civilians” when we wiped out a nest of terrorists in his country. I got news for him: terrorists ARE “civilians.” So if we “swear off” killing ANY civilians, we just lost the war against terrorism. In any case, the terrorists go out of their way to place civilians in FRONT of them and their installations, so whenever we attack them, we kill civilians. They also go out of their way to kill civilians, themselves. He says our “killing civilians” just “strengthens” the terrorists. So should we stop killing (civilian) terrorists to keep from “strengthening” them? Karzai ought to know better, unless he has “sold out” to the terrorists. Afghan citizens demonstrate against the U. S., led by an Imam, of course. (Yahoo News/AP)

HAMAS Celebrates Gaza "Victory"

Hamas is sponsoring victory rallies all over Gaza as Israeli troops pull out after almost destroying their ability to rocket bomb them. They don’t care how many Palestinians were killed, or how many children were killed because they placed them right next to the rocket launchers. But Israel pulling out of Gaza (again) is a “great victory” to them. They don’t care that they LOST in every way intelligent people judge win or lose. To them it is a “great victory.” It’s time Israel put an end to their depredations by killing them all before they manage to kill Israel. Even a stopped clock is right twice a day, and even complete incompetents might do some real damage if they’re still able to continue. (Yahoo News/AP)

Will Dems Raise Your Taxes?

Of course they will. That's what they DO! Why anybody thinks otherwise eludes me, unless they are completely stupid and believe the Democrat's lies. Wasn't it Clinton who ran on a "lower your taxes" platform for his first term, then RETROACTIVELY raised them after whining about "working as hard as he ever had in his life to lower them, but couldn't"? If a Democrat ever lowered taxes (without “targeting” them to force you to do their will) it would be an aberration. They may not do it in the next four years, so Obama can be re-elected. But you can bet they will, right after. They always talk about "raising taxes on the rich (punishing the best among us for their success)," but the taxes they raise are usually on the middle class. The "rich" (those who EARN their riches instead of "clip coupons") pay the largest percentage of the taxes paid. The "poor" often pay NOTHING. Most of them are on welfare, anyway, and have no tax liability. They don't pay, they only receive. (Just common sense)

What About The Tunnels?

The whole Israeli attack into Gaza was to closed the tunnels Hamas uses to smuggle rocket bombs and other items into Israel. Israel has now unilaterally pulled out of Gaza, but many tunnels remain while others are quickly being rebuilt. What did Israel accomplish by this invasion:”? A slowdown in rocket attacks for a while, maybe. But that won’t solve the problem of Hamas and their murders. They need to go in and “clean out” the terrorists in their “nests.” Killing them all is the only way they’re going to solve the Hamas “problem.” (The Australian)

Is ACLU Really About Freedom?

Obama Love

All I hear these days is how great Obama is, and how he will “fix everything” that Bush messed up, and some he didn’t (although Bush didn’t “mess up” any more than any other president). How he is expected to be the greatest president of all time; this, even before he is inaugurated. It is this kind of unearned adoration that creates dictators. I predict that a concerted effort will be made to make Obama “president for life” during his presidency and that ANYBODY who criticizes him will be “criminalized” by the “tongue-hanging-out, panting media.” They all, even the Republicans—say they want Obama to be “successful in his endeavors.” That’s so stupid! If he’s “successful, we’ll soon be living in a SOCIALIST nation with him as “the boss.” I hope he FAILS in his endeavors. That’s what can save us. (Just common sense)

Gore's Swindle "Going Cold"

“Despite years of media bombardment about the imminent dangers of global warming, the alarmists are losing ground. Fewer Americans are buying into the myth.” Mainly because people are “shivering in their boots” at the record cold temperatures we’re having. Undaunted, million dollar swindler AlGore tells us ‘ANY extreme in temperature is ‘sure proof’ of man-made global warming.” What a stupid statement! He really thinks we’re that stupid while he goes about FORCING kids to watch his propaganda movie in school and forces their parents to watch it with them on pain of bad grades for the kids if they don’t. He calls ANYBODY who disagrees with him “the fringe” and even works to get such people fired. He calls them “global warming deniers,” as if that were a BAD thing. I’M a “global warming denier” and I deny it with good evidence. Not like Gore and his apostles. (IBDEditorials)

How Does It Feel, Hamas?

Israel bombarded Hamas heavily just before the scheduled “cease-fire.” They’ll likely “scream like stuck pigs” at getting the same treatment they gave Israel (with better marksmen) themselves. But maybe they ought to have thought about that possibility before they bombarded Israel. I’d say forget any “cease-fire” and just wipe them out so you won’t have to worry about them any more. But they won’t, and I have no doubt Hamas will not “go away.” They will attack Israel again and again in the future, killing ever more Israelis until Israel “gets off the dime” and kills them all off.
