I think a burglar gets what he deserves when he's injured or killed breaking into a somebody's home to steal. Whether it's a gun-weilding homeowner or a
rickety stairway he had no business being on, it's all the same. He was killed trying to steal from the homeowner. Yet the local politicians are trying to cite the homeowner for that rickety staircase this man had no business using. It is politicians and courts like this that have made honest people afraid to defend themselves and their property in some parts of this nation. Yet the number of burglars and other kinds of criminals, most notably violent ones, who come to no good end when politicians don't go out of their way to punish the VICTIMS. (
