He says the Market is like a “tracking poll” they use in governing. It goes “up and down” but doesn’t really mean anything. How stupid IS this man? Remember, this is the man who is essentially running everything, and he doesn’t even know (or won’t admit) the importance of the movement of The Market. Gawd! I hope we can get SOMEONE in there who actually knows what’s going on before we all “go down with the ship.” Remember; a rising tide raises all ships. A sinking tide LOWERS all ships. (Just common sense)
