"Killing Off the Old Folks?"

Is this what Obama is saying we should do to save money? Recently he said as much: “Obama said during the ABC Special on Wednesday night [as this is written –RT] that a way to save healthcare costs is to abandon the sort of care that “evidence shows is not necessarily going to improve” the patient’s health. He went on to say that he had personal familiarity with such a situation when his grandmother broke her hip after she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Obama offered a question on the efficacy of further care for his grandmother saying, “and the question was, does she get hip replacement surgery, even though she was fragile enough they were not sure how long she would last?” Does this mean his government will not “approve” treatment I may need because I’m 72 years old, and thus it will probably not help me for long? Who decides how long is long? (Red State/Warner Todd)

Iran Tortures Opposition Leaders

Iran’s criminal leaders have now arrested, and are torturing many of their opposition, hoping to force them to “confess” that they were part of a “foreign conspiracy” to undermine their election. They really BELIEVE this will convince the world that their “normally rigged election” was real. It’s common knowledge that only those APPROVED by the Mullahs ever get a chance to be elected to ANYTHING, and if the populace doesn’t cooperate, they simply rig the results. Their “promise” to recount “ten percent” of the votes is ludicrous, since that only means they will recount ONLY those votes that are FOR Ahmadjinijerk. Now this criminal regime, known for their illegal (under international law) treatment of foreign diplomats, has “arrested” a number of British diplomats and, are presumably (knowing their normal system) are torturing them to force them to “confirm” a foreign conspiracy. What the "Anti-Gun Freaks" Won't Tell You

“According to the FBI, states with ‘shall-issue’ right-to-carry laws have a 26 percent lower total violent crime rate, a 20 percent lower homicide rate, a 39 percent lower robbery rate and a 22 percent lower aggravated assault rate than those states that do not allow their citizens to legally carry guns.” Do they REALLY think the way to self-defense is to DISarm yourself? How STUPID is that? They tell you that when a lot of innocent citizens are armed, we will have a “wild west atmosphere” where people solve all their problems with guns. That’s a patent insult that assumes the average person has NO CONTROL over their actions and access to guns will cause more deaths and violence. That’s a LOAD. In Florida, where they DO have “must issue” laws for concealed carry permits, violent crime of ALL kinds has PREDICTABLY gone down significantly; while violence where gun laws are tight, it has gone UP significantly. This is not spoken of in the liberal media because they don’t want you to know it. (Just common sense)

We Were Founded in Freedom

Do you wonder why this nation has surpassed countries that have been around for hundreds, even THOUSANDS of years and have become the richest and most powerful country in the world in less than 300 years? It’s a simple answer: it’s because we were founded on LIBERTY and FREEDOM. It is CAPITALISM and the "profit motive," not socialism, that has made us strong. But Obama wants to get us away from all that. He wants us to “walk away” from what has made us great and TOWARD a system that has FAILED every time it has been tried. For those current socialist countries such as Communist China, Cuba, Venezuela, etc., it’s only a matter of time. It won’t be long now. As the United States “fades” in importance and loses the ability to “support” such regimes, they will fail, one by one, or maybe all together. (Just common sense)
