Sonia Sotomayer says a “Hispanic woman would make better decisions than white men.” Then she makes such a stupid decision she won’t even sign it, discriminating against whites AND Hispanics in favor of blacks, and calls it a “good decision. I think not. She needs some instruction in making good rulings, probably from “white men.” And she got one (from whites, blacks, Hispanics, AND non-Hispanic women) when they summarily overturned her decision in the U. S. Supreme Court when the whites and Hispanics (not the blacks) sued. If this decision is what she considers a “better decision than a white man would make” I fear for her intelligence. (
