Way Too Much

I’m getting real tired of writing about what politicians and bureaucrats are doing to us. The material is endless. At one time, I was worried about having enough material for my blogs. No more. I’m INUNDATED with material and have to “do triage” to figure out what to eliminate. That’s a hard job, because everything I come across is important. I just have to figure out what is the MOST important. As I get older, I lose energy and the list of things I cover gets smaller because I don’t have energy enough to sit here and type. There are just too many scams and schemes being worked on us for me to be able, as one man, to keep you informed on all of them. You need to do some of it yourself. Don't; please DON'T continue electing people like Obama and his gang so they can loot us as well as they do. don't just read the headlines and "buy," hook, line, and sinker, what your governments tell you. They're lying. They've ALWAYS lied to you, and I don't expect them to stop any time soon. Many politicians start out as honest people, but end up con men because that's what they have to do to get elected. One exception was Ronald Reagan, who REMAINED honest to the day he died. Another is former U. N. Ambassador John Bolton, who ALWAYS says the truth. The liberals "pulled out all the stops" to stop his nomination for that reason. He is now a Fox News analyst because that's all he can get in a world run by liberals. I think he should run for president if Sarah Palin doesn't, in 2012, or for vice-president if she does. (Just common sense)

Selling A Flawed Program

You’ve probably seen the ad poking fun at all the previous Microsoft Windows operating systems. This cartoon, (found in the “Patriot Report), is a comparison between that and what Washington is telling us now about how great health care is going to be under government control. All the illustrations in the cartoon are of previous failed government efforts to control things. (Patriot Report)

Carbon Credits Card

That’s the latest excuse the liberals (this time in England, but it’s only a matter of time before it comes here) are using to get us all to carry a “national ID card.” Clinton tried it in his own “health care swindle” (which fortunately failed). If it DOES come here, I will not carry one. I will not APPLY for one, and if one is sent me I will burn it. If they fine me for that, I will not pay. If they send me to jail for that, too bad. Frankly, with all the VICTIMS of the “drug war” they’ve got there, I don’t think they have room. (London Telegraph)

Is Charity Next?

Obama’s government has shown a disturbing “modus operandi” (mode of operation). First, give them money, then use that as a lever to “take them over.” Is this the fate he has in store for charities? Obama and his henchmen seem to think they can do a better job of spending that charity money than the charitable organizations. The same theory they hold on the money they steal from individuals and business. Where they get that idea, I don’t know; since they screw it up any time they get involved. (Town Hall/Howard Husock)

ACORN--Media Isn't Interested

An intrepid photojournalist went into an ACORN office and was very frank about what he (supposedly) wanted to do. He wanted to import underage girls to do business for him and fool the IRS about what he’s doing. Instead of throwing him and his “prostitute” out the front door, they proceeded to “advise” him on how to do that. The story made a few headlines for a few days (mostly on Fox and other “free” news sources) and then disappeared, except as a footnote. There are more facets to that story and the so-called “mainstream media” could have explored them, but did not. They aren’t interested. One facet is that ACORN was “defunded” by Congress—for ONE MONTH. But did you hear about that in the liberal media?  No. Another is that ACORN is changing its name. But to what? Then there’s the large number of organizations “associated” with ACORN. But did any liberal media outlet try to find out who they were? No; they griped about the “ethics” of the people who investigated them. (Town Hall/Hannah Giles)
