The "Carbon Offset" Lie

“Climate Change: A new study shows that Earth's ability to absorb carbon dioxide from all sources, including man, has remained unchanged for 160 years. As it turns out, there may be no carbon to offset.” Another AlGore lie discredited. The Earth absorbs ALL the carbon dioxide we expel when we breathe, or do anything else. It is NOT a “poison gas” that needs to be “controlled.” Plants NEED it to live. This is a simple case of liberals CREATING an “evil” so they can pass more restrictive laws and tax us more to pay for them. (Investor’s Business Daily)

That’s us, as long as Obama is running this country. They think they’re smarter than we are and should be allowed to micromanage our lives. The truth is, they’re a bunch of Pollyannas and the only thing they’re smart at is conning us out of our socks. While they’re doing that, Russia is also conning us out of our socks. Putin thinks we’re patsies, and he’s right, with Obama in charge. That’s why he’s pushing that old saw, a nuclear disarmament pact, where we agree to disarm and we do; while he agrees to disarm and doesn’t. It was our “defense shield” that finally caused the collapse of the Soviet Union, without even being built. Just the thought of it shut them down. Putin hasn’t forgotten that. Pelosi: "Never More Open"

What planet does this woman live on? Does she think we’re blind? That we don’t see the “closed door sessions” behind which the biggest swindle (the health care swindle) in recent history has been hatched? Damn, she must think we’re stupid! And for the most part, she’s right. Not stupid, just ignorant. Those of us who “don’t pay attention to politics” and have allowed her and the rest of the Democrat swindlers to rip us off for TRILLIONS of dollars in just one year. People like me, who DO pay attention, KNOW she’s lying. But she keeps on lying, hoping to fool enough people to get re-elected. My hope is that the Democrats have “reached too far” since Obama was elected and will “wake up” many of the fools who elected them so we can scoop his Democrat votes out from under him. (The Hill)

"Systemic Failure"

He says now, there was a “systemic failure” in the handling of information about possible terrorists that allowed the would-be Islamic terrorist to board that plane bound for Detroit. Not even a direct warning from the man’s FATHER got through to bureaucrats. The CIA was even TRACKING this guy, but even THAT didn’t stop him from boarding that plane. He paid cash for a one-way ticket, all obvious “red flags,” but nobody noticed. He was a “misfit,” even in Nigeria, and that’s the kind of people the Islamic terrorists look for. (Fox News)

People like me, and Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and Glenn Beck keep talking about the things Obama and his “gang of thieves” are doing to us, and what happens? NOTHING. We’re ignored, and it’s “business as usual. Beck even has a direct line with ONE PERSON having the number. A White House representative. It has never rung. What do you have to do to get noticed in Washington? Go there with explosive skivvies? Sure, that’ll get you a prison term. But will it cause people to NOTICE what Obama and his crowd is doing to us? Not EVEN! I’m getting tired of telling people what they’re doing, and being ignored. I’ve written two books (What’s Wrong IN America” and “Pay Attention to Politics! Both available on Amazon) about it and they aren’t making me rich and famous, though that wasn’t the reason I wrote them. I wrote them to hopefully break through the ranks of those who are ignoring what our own government is doing to us, but even THAT didn’t help. What’s it going to take to wake people up? The "Science Religion"

Let's end this farce.” (Thomas Sowell) AlGore calls everybody who disagrees with his global warming swindle (whatever he calls it now) “not in the mainstream.” But who is he to dictate who is, or is not “in the mainstream?” The very climate scientist who invented the instruments used to MEASURE climate changes says Al is full of hooey, and he’s right. If anybody is “not in the mainstream,” it is AlGore. Yes, the climate HAS changed over the years. But humans have not caused it. It is CYCLICAL, and temps go up and down in different years. This has been going on for THOUSANDS of years, even BEFORE man came to be, without hurting the planet significantly. But like most liberal con artists, Al won’t accept this. (Thomas Sowell)

I Guess I'm A Criminal

The United Nations brands anyone who doesn’t agree with the “green agenda” as a criminal. I think it’s a load of stinky brown stuff, so I guess I’m a criminal. So come get me, UN! It amazes me how socialist outfits call people who disagree with them criminals. I guess that’s one way to stifle disagreement: criminalize those who disagree with you, as the Islamic terrorists do. Did you know it’s a “death sentence” for a Muslim to change to another religion? Global warming is a religion, so I guess they can declare ANYBODY who disagrees with them to be a criminal. But for the wrong reasons. They think Obama’s base is in danger in 2010 because he sent those troops into Afghanistan. The idea that Obama has wildy spent too much of our money doesn’t even enter into their figures. They’re dissatisfied with Obama’s health care swindle because it doesn’t contain enough. I agree that he’s going to lose his base in Congress after 2010, and will probably become, like Jimmy Carter before him, a single-term president. He just tried to steal too much, to quickly. And that’s going to make him a “has-been,” (News Max)

Mallard Does It Again!

I’m always blown away by Bruce Tinsley’s ability to tell an entire story with one picture. He’s done it again in this day-after-Christmas strip; one picture, the whole story. The liberals hate him with a passion because he's effective in refuting their lies. If I were a liberal, I would, probably hate him, too. They hate him because his pictures are both funny, and reflect the truth they don’t want us to know. What I am is a lot closer to being a conservative than to being a liberal, so I love what he does. Stories Media Ignored in 2009

One story is about the self-described communist Obama appointed to be the “green jobs czar.” Only in the “alternative media” did you hear about that. The liberal media wouldn’t TOUCH it until forced to do so. Obama has appointed countless other “czars,” with nary a word about them in the liberal media. Kevin Jennings, the far left activist who was named to be Obama’s “safe schools czar,” for instance. He’s the guy who was pushing for KINDERGARTENERS to be taught about gay sex. What the hell do we need a "safe schools czar" for? We HAVE a Secretary of Education to do that unnecessary job. I guess the key is that "czars" don't need to be vetted by Congress. I could name a lot more, but I’ll let Michelle Malkin do that. (Michelle Malkin)

Parading A Captive On Christmas

To parade a soldier they’ve captured and tortured into saying things he doesn’t mean shows their complete disdain for the Christian religion and its most important holiday. Yet they continue to insist that WE “revere” their religious customs. I’d say we should not only disregard their religious customs when we capture one of them, he should be tortured. Not to get information, but just as “payback” for what they do to our people. Liberals will howl at that, but then, they’re STUPID. Not the good Americans who have been taken in by those liberals in Washington, but the ones doing the “taking in.” They’re not logical, anyway. Do they really think Americans will BELIEVE anything said by a soldier who has been their captive for a while? That makes THEM stupid. (Mail Times)

Discrimination Against Success

That’s all I hear these days. Every “giveaway program” the liberals impose on us, they promise will be paid for ONLY by “the rich,” but each time, WE get to pay for it in increased taxes. They think we don't notice that. They forget there aren’t anywhere near enough “rich” to pay for all the promises they’ve made, not to mention the promises they’re YET to make. When the federal Income Tax was imposed on us, they promised that only the top 3% of Americans (the rich) would ever pay it, and it would only ever amount to about 3% of THEIR income. Today, they’re auditing WAITRESSES and CAB DRIVERS for their TIPS! Are THEY the “top 3%?” And you're paying a LOT more than 3% out of your paycheck. Obama has promised that nobody making under $200,000 a year will pay a PENNY more in taxes. Congress just passed the “health care swindle” bill that will raise ALL our taxes. He is also letting Bush’s tax reductions “sunset,” which is one of the biggest tax increases on ALL of us ever seen. Like most of his promises, you can depend on him reneging. Obama Preparing for Civil War?

This newspaper seems to be sure of it. I’m AFRAID it is going to happen, and soon, if he keeps on taking over industry after industry and spending our money like it was water, while legislating against the "will of the people." Obama is destroying this country, and we have to stop it. Legally, if possible. If not possible, there are people willing to do it in a revolutionary fashion. This government is doing worse things to us than King George was doing, and which caused the American Revolution. I don’t see how we can avoid another American Revolution if we don’t GET RID of this usurper and his “gang of thieves.” Mind you, I am not SUGGESTING a revolution. I am only noting that one is inevitable if we don’t get rid of Obama and his crowd. And soon. (EU Times)

Insane Stupidity

I am continually amazed at the amazing stupidity of the things this government, run by Barack Obama, comes up with. Things like the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) declaring that carbon dioxide (that which comes out of your mouth and nose when you exhale) is a “dangerous gas” and should be regulated. How do you regulate it? Tax every breath you take because it must be followed by breathing out? Plants NEED this substance to change into OXYGEN, which WE need to survive! How could it POSSIBLY be a “poisonous gas?” Yet this is the kind of stupidity our current government comes up with! Rush Limbaugh says liberals are funny when they're out of power, but DANGEROUS when they're IN power, and he's right. They have expensive “conferences” to figure out how to reduce our dependence on foreign oil. “Dog and pony shows” that USE a lot of it, and come up with nothing. Meanwhile, all they’d have to do is let American companies drill in places this government controls. That would solver that problem with one stroke of a pen. But they won’t do that. They won’t even DISCUSS it. And they pretend they have the intelligence to govern us. (Just common sense)

Death Wish for America

That’s what Obama is after for this country. He HATES private enterprise. He thinks profit is EVIL, even though profit is NECESSARY in order for him and his fellow criminals to have ANYTHING to loot. Like most socialists, he just doesn’t understand that. He says he wants to provide “competition” for the health insurance industry (There are THOUSANDS of health insurance companies he won’t ALLOW to compete). He wants to compete against companies that MUST make a profit to survive with a government-run company that does not; a recipe for bankruptcy for those private companies. “Not yet a year into its term, the initially popular Obama administration has plummeted in popularity. In light of Washington’s escalated meddling in the economy, many Americans are expressing deep concerns and anger about the statist direction in which this administration is steering the country. Unfortunately, however, too few Americans are aware of—and the media is ignoring—one of the administration’s most serious threats to our freedom: its stated intention to bolster “antitrust enforcement.” He’s moving us quickly toward a vicious form of collectivism, fascism. We’re getting “change,” all right; he’s changing this country from capitalism, which is responsible for the progress that put us ahead of countries in existence for thousands of years, to socialism (collectivism, fascism), a system that has FAILED every time it has been tried.
