What’s wrong with this picture? A judge tells the defense he has to prove his clients are NOT dangerous! Last I heard it was the other way around. The state had to prove they WERE if they are to be prosecuted. The Constitution clearly states that "every person is INNOCENT until proven guilty!" What is there about that this ignorant judge doesn’t understand? (
