They’ve made laws against talking on cell phones while driving in many states, but I see cops talking on them while driving all the time. What’s different about the cops? I still think they should approach this from a different direction. Not punish EVERYBODY by making talking on a cell phone while driving itself a crime. They should pass laws doubling or tripling fines for people who have accidents while talking on a cell phone or texting while driving. That would be more equitable. (
