That’s Obama’s “modus operandi.” Never take real responsibility for your own shortcomings. SAY you are, but blame others in the next breath, usually George Bush. Yes, Bush deserves SOME of the blame, but not ALL of it. Every time there is a problem, you can count on Obama to blame someone else, even if it is obvious the blame belongs to him alone. He will deny the obvious and expect you to believe it. (
