Politicians have long wished for more money for politicians who actually have a CHANCE (or who can pay off the right person) to get more of their campaign bills paid for by the voter. “Imagine you are competing in a marathon. Every time you pull into the lead, someone picks up the other runners in a van and lets them off next to you. When you object, he says you are still free to run as hard as you want.” This is the way liberals want it in everything, not just elections. They want to make those UNABLE to compete into winners, any way they can. This is designed to keep as many incompetent liberals as they can in office. (
