Judges who exceed their authority under the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States should be removed from office and, in some cases, prosecuted themselves. In this case, several judges attempted to “order” newspapers to DELETE stories. One of them has already been reversed, but another is still in effect, forcing those newspapers to spend money on lawyers they shouldn’t have to spend in order to defend themselves against this unlawful order from a court. Some judges think their orders TRANSCEND the law. In other words, they think they can order people to do anything they wish, ignoring the law and the Constitution, and get away with it. They can’t, and they need to be disabused of this notion. (
