Obama's "Tax Cuts"

They’re always talking about them, but in reality, they don’t exist. What they are is “targeted tax rebates.” Basically they’re saying, “If you follow orders, we’ll let you keep a little more of the money you earned. Bush’s and Reagan’s tax cuts were REALLY tax cuts. They cut the basic rate at which we were taxed, and until the Democrats brought it back up over the years, cut it from 70 some percent down to 28%. Reagan’s created the biggest, longest-lasting economic boom in history while nearly DOUBLING the “tax take.” Bush’s continued the boom and ALSO increased the “tax take,” though not as much (until the machinations of the Democrats created a recession so he could get elected). Ever since Obama came into office, taxes have been going up apace, right along with the “give-aways.” Obama just doesn't realize that increasing taxes in a recession (even if he created it to get elected) will only make things worse. Or does he? Is making it worse part of his plan? (Just common sense)

Democrats "Running A Ringer?"

That’s something dirty, and dirty is something Democrats do. When they can’t win an election any other way, it’s “dirty tricks” time. And putting a “ringer” into an election, making others think he is a “Tea Party” candidate, so he can say and do the things Democrats SAY the “Tea Partiers” do so as to falsely discredit “Tea Party” candidates. Otherwise he is there to siphon off votes that would have gone to the “Tea Party” candidate and ensure a win for the Democrat. If that doesn’t work, and it is a close election, they use the entrenched Democrat election officials to simply STEAL the election. No? They tried very hard to steal the presidential election in 2000 for AlGore, but it didn’t work. They even tried to make the Electoral College results not be a factor, ignoring the fact that it was set up that way on purpose by the Founders to keep this from being a pure Democracy so it can be the republic it is. Press Can't Figure It Out

The so-called “mainstream media” isn’t so “mainstream” any more. Fox News has a bigger audience than most of them because it tells the truth—something the others don’t do. Rush Limbaugh has more listeners than most of them. They hate both for that, without even considering Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, and now countless others including the “right-wing” bloggers, three of which I am. Newspapers are dying, one after the other, and they STILL can’t figure out why—or they just won’t ADMIT why. The answer is simple: America is tired of reading, listening to, and viewing lies—and that’s what the so-called “mainstream media” commonly brings us. But they won’t admit that. They’ll just go on lying to us until they aren’t there any more. Obama, of course, will soon begin “bailing them out,” in a futile attempt to keep them in business, since their lies are valuable to him and the truth told by the likes of Fox, Limbaugh, Hannity, Beck, and others is not. Obama's "Personal Friend" A Terrorist

He makes no bones about it. And NOBODY says anything. What is WRONG with the people in this country to elect as president a man whose personal friend used to be (still is?) a bomb-thrower! Who appointed an ADMITTED communist as one of his “czars?” Again, nobody but Glenn Beck said anything, and when the hooraw raised by Glenn caused him to abruptly resign under pressure and return to the powerful post he already had, they criticized, not the communist, but Glenn Beck! What the hell is this country coming to? Are we STUPID, or just ignorant? People who IGNORE politics, and thus know NOTHING about the candidates still vote, and thus we have a communist-appointing, terrorist-friendly president who is working night and day to destroy our way of life and make this country into a socialist nation like the Soviet Union used to be before it collapsed. They Can't figure It Out

ObamaCare Worse Than Expected

They said it would be bad. They just didn't know How BAD. "Six months ago, President Obama, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi rammed Obamacare down the throats of an unwilling American public. Half a year removed from the unprecedented legislative chicanery and backroom dealing that characterized the bill's passage, we know much more about the bill than we did then. A few of the revelations: Obamacare won't decrease health care costs for the government. According to Medicare's actuary, it will increase costs. The same is likely to happen for privately funded health care. As written, Obamacare covers elective abortions, contrary to Obama's promise that it wouldn't. This means that tax dollars will be used to pay for a procedure millions of Americans across the political spectrum view as immoral. Supposedly, the Department of Health and Human Services will bar abortion coverage with new regulations but these will likely be tied up for years in litigation, and in the end may not survive the court challenge. Obamacare won't allow employees or most small businesses to keep the coverage they have and like.

By Obama's estimates, as many as 69 percent of employees, 80 percent of small businesses, and 64 percent of large businesses will be forced to change coverage, probably to more expensive plans [which has already started, with McDonald’s announcement it is abandoning their health care insurance for their employees). Obamacare will increase insurance premiums – in some places, it already has. Insurers, suddenly forced to cover clients' children until age 26, have little choice but to raise premiums, and they attribute to Obamacare's mandates a 1 to 9 percent increase. Obama's only method of preventing massive rate increases so far has been to threaten insurers [and he’s talking now about making raising their rates illegal –RT].” Nancy Peelosi said, “We have to pass this bill to find out what’s in it.” How stupid! We don’t MAKE laws to find out what’s in it! But it seems like our elected congresspeople don’t bother to READ the bills they pass into law. That has become obvious recently. One congressman even scoffed at the very IDEA that America wanted him to READ the bills he passed into law. This is the kind of elected official that needs to be sent home with his (or her) tail between their legs as soon as possible. (The Examiner)

Fox Scares 'Em to Death!

CNBC’s Ed Schultz, whose show can’t gain even 25% of the viewership of ANY of Fox’s shows, “went ballistic” the other day when NBC wouldn’t promote his low-viewership show (low even for NBC outlets). He wanted to “see them dead” and “lift my leg on them because that’s what they’re worth.” He must be really hurting, knowing his pink slip is on the way because he can’t draw any viewers. Even other NBC shows outpull Schultz. And that must REALLY hurt. (News Busters)

It's Beginning

The liberals like to characterize it as “incumbents” losing in the 2010 election, no matter WHAT the reason. They think just being an incumbent will cause many to lose. They’re wrong. Voting to help Obama destroy this country is the reason “incumbents” are going to lose, and lose BIG in 2010. Not because they are incumbent. Funny thing they don’t mention: you must BE an incumbent to vote in favor of Obama’s swindles, and it’s how they VOTE that will cause them to be “thrown out” in November. In Alaska, it has already begun with the loss against a member of her OWN party by Sen. Lisa Murkowski in the PRIMARIES, fergawdsake! It’s a victory by backers of Sarah Palin and the Tea Parties, early in the election cycle. There will be more as time goes on and the November election is going to be a “massacre” for Democrats and others who have voted with Obama.. If it is not, I give up. Those who pay no attention to politics, and vote anyway, will deserve what they get. (The Blaze)

Any image of Barack Obama altered to make him appear as Hitler or some other offensive pose is presented as a, “See. These people are radical extremists” gotcha moment. Enter the liberal One Nation rally and the media coverage, or shall we say, non-coverage. For if they had given just half the effort to find extremism among the attendees, they would have had plenty to show on air. Of course, it is no surprise that they did not do this. Congress Goes Home Without Budget

The Democrats and other liberals criticized Reagan for “shutting down the government” when a Democrat-controlled Congress wouldn’t pass a budget unless it contained all their pork. Like it was his fault. Now this Democrat-controlled Congress goes home without passing a budget so they won’t have to “splain themselves” to their constituents why they approved Obama’s spending more money than there IS before the election. They don’t think we know what they’ve done. If they don’t pass one soon, OBAMA will have to “shut down the government” or just run out of money. But they’ll probably keep passing “continuing budget bills” to keep that from happening. (My Way)

Not His Own Money He's Spending

Beau Freidlander, once managing editor of the now defunct liberal hope, “Air America,” which couldn’t get near enough readers to stay in business, or even pay its employees, offered $100,000 (of someone else’s money, of course, like any good liberal) to anybody who could come up with a Glenn Beck sex tape he could use to discredit Beck. He’d do better trying to find a video of Glenn drunk, since Glenn makes no secret of his alcoholic past. Huffington Post, where he posted directly the article in which he made the offer, took it down, saying it “doesn’t meet our editorial standards.” How that happened, I don’t know, since I’ve seen a lot worse on this ultra-left web site. Including one where the author wished for Rush Limbaugh’s death. Or wished Justice Thomas’ wife would feed him a lot of pork and bacon so he’d die of  a heart attack. (News Busters)

Taxing the Rich

Taxing the rich is so obviously counterproductive (wrong) I can’t see why those supposedly “smart” people in Washington can’t see it. But they don’t. The rich have the most money there is (outside that stolen from them by the government). They provide ALL the jobs and profits for the rest of us. Without their investment of their money, there would BE no jobs, for ANYBODY. And there would be no profits to be made by anybody. Thus no taxable income. Without taxable income the government itself would go broke. Yet they continue to tax the rich at higher rates than any other group so they have less investable income to invest in jobs-creating, PROFIT-creating projects. Are these people daft? They want to promote socialism, and this is the way to do it. Cripple the very people who are CREATING the jobs and profits in a capitalistic society. One that has made this country the envy of the world and the destination of choice for most immigrants, legal and illegal.

What the hell is WRONG with these people? Socialism has failed miserably every time it has been tried. Cuba, which has lived under socialism (communism) for the last fifty years, is now suffering SHORTAGES of the things (sugar and coffee) they once exported to the world; their cigars, once vaunted as the best there is, are now WAY down on the list of quality cigars. All because of communism. Nobody wants to illegally import them any more. Even CASTRO says “communism is not even working for US.” Yet Obama and his accomplices still want to “share the wealth” around and emulate European communism (socialism) which is failing NOW.  The entire government of Soviet Russia collapsed because of it. Many governments in Europe now are suffering from it and are in trouble. Why do people keep pushing it? I just don't understand these people. (John Stossel/Atlasphere)

The War is NOT Over!

The War's Over. That’s the message in the Obama speech he is gave recently. I predict he will take credit for WINNING the war, even though he did NOT win ANYTHING. He’s just “cutting and running,” pulling our troops out without winning anything. Lots of people will die when we go, as they did in Viet Nam when we “tucked our tails between our legs and ran.” The reason we DID run in both cases is because our government, both times, was run by wimpy liberals who had no stomach for war. Those who know say, “The war is NOT won. It is at a critical juncture and to pull our troops out now will be a disaster.” But Obama is not among “those who know,” even though he is “in charge” because enough gullible Americans believed his message of “change” to get him elected. Hopefully, we will correct that mistake in 2012, after emasculating him in Congress in 2010. (Just common sense)
