A regulation means NOTHING unless it is backed by a LAW that was decided by the Congress. But Obama (and others) want to “govern by regulation,” making regulations to control things they are not allowed to control by law. That's how they intend to continue their agenda with a Republican Congress. They “enforce” those regulations as if they WERE backed by law and the victims must spend a lot of money fighting this in courts that are dominated by liberals who believe in the right of the government to regulate our lives, regardless of the existence or non-existence of actual LAWS that ALLOW them to make these regulations. Liberals all over the world do this, as this story will attest. (
