"Smart People" Say the Dumbest Things

Richard Dawkins, evolutionary biologist, says, “Jesus would have been an atheist if he knew what we know today.” How STUPID is THAT? If Jesus was, indeed, the “son of God,” he WOULD have “known what we know today.” If he’s not, it doesn’t matter anyway. Maybe that’s what Dawkins its trying to get us to think. I believe in a “superior entity” some people know as God. I would be a fool not to when I look at this universe and its wonders. But I don’t know exactly what form he takes and if he/she/it gives a damn if I worship him or not. If that makes you hate me, so be it. That doesn’t make me an atheist, just somebody who is not sure. But I don’t think just because I am not sure that other people should be denied their religion, as militant atheists do. Actually, atheism IS a religion, min itself, and doesn’t like competition. Flat Out Obama LIE

Obama says the Republicans are blocking his “jobs bill." Only one problem; it is Harry Reid (D) that is blocking his “jobs bill.” You know, that bill he CLAIMS will “make things all better” if we just pass it, but which will not. All that bill will do is allow him to further hamstring employers and make the jobs picture a lot worse. The Republicans SHOULD block it if they ever got a chance to, after Reid stopped blocking it. This is the same kind of backwards crap we can expect from the Obama administration. (The Weekly Standard)

Teaching Homosexuality

The government has mandated teaching our children that homosexuality is “normal and natural” so as to ”recruit” them for homosexuality. This is the kind of government we have, now. Homosexuality is NOT “normal and natural.” It is an aberration. Sex is for procreation only. Yes, it IS fun, even for homosexuals, if that’s what they like. I have nothing against what gays do in private, but I don't want it taught to my children in school. Homosexuals CANNOT REPRODUCE without the help of a member of the opposite sex, in some way. That’s a fact, no matter how much they poo-poo it. If I were homosexual I would object to my CHILDREN (if I had any) being taught, in school, that homosexual sex is “normal and natural” and how to do it. Homosexuals who resent this post, don’t bother writing me to protest because you can’t change my mind. (Public Advocate)

He Had It Coming

A terrorist supporter who was burning the American flag caught himself on fire while doing it. Sounds like America “got even” with him. I hope he was horribly burned, and maybe will learn better manners than to burn the symbol of our country in the future. But probably not. That kind of person NEVER learns from experience, nor anything else. He’ll probably be back out there burning American flags as soon as his burns heal. If we’re lucky, maybe he’ll get even more scars to use in impressing his girlfriend (or boyfriend, whichever it is). What makes people like this tick, I just don’t understand. He probably doesn’t either. It looks like he hasn’t even lived long enough to know what’s up. (Flickr)

Ungrateful Afghanistan

President Karzai says Afghanistan will help if Pakistan is attacked by ANYBODY, including the United States. It doesn’t seem to matter that Karzai is only president because the United States ran the Taliban out of the government of Afghanistan, which chased the Islamic terrorists out of Afghanistan, and into Pakistan. So when we follow them into Pakistan, Karzai swears to help Pakistan, which is the latest “safe harbor” for terrorists. I think we need to get rid of Karzai before the natural movement of our forces into Pakistan to chase the Islamic terrorists, as Bush promised. Bush told the terrorists there would be NOWHERE they could go that we would not follow them, and Pakistan is the next logical target. And if Afghanistan objects, we need to “take them down,” too. (Just common sense)

Killing Terrorists Won't Help

Obama thinks killing terrorists will help him get re-elected, which is the only reason he is doing it, since he is a liberal, and liberals think the way to win a war is to “let your enemies know you won’t hurt them” by “turning the other cheek” so they can hit it again. I got news for him. It ain’t agonna work. He’s spent way too much of our money, taken control of way too much of what WE should be controlling, taxed us too much, and conned us out of our socks. He’s “wakened a sleeping giant” and he won’t go back to sleep, no matter how many stories Obama tells him. He’d better make his plans to go back to Chicago now, so he’ll be ready come January 20th. Computer Down All Week

We're Fighting ONE War!

Many people who claim to be intelligent still deny we’re fighting ONE WAR. They claim we’re fighting SEVERAL wars, and we’re NOT. Since 9/11, which was perpetrated by Islamic terrorists, we have been seeking out those who are behind the Islamic terrorist violence and killing them wherever they're hiding. George Bush told them “there is nowhere you can hide; we will find you and kill you.” And he was right. Even such as Obama sent (if he is to be believed, I still think Osama was killed years ago when Bush bombed one of his caves with him in it) the military after top Islamic terrorists and killed them. The people who want us to “knuckle under” and stop fighting the Islamic terrorists try and convince us we’re “fighting too many wars.” We’re not. We’re fighting ONE WAR, against Islamic extremists and terrorists, wherever they go. We ran most of them out of Iraq and Afghanistan and they’re now in Pakistan and other countries, such as Syria.  We will follow them there, and kill them wherever we find them. And until they stop killing innocent people because they don’t BELIEVE exactly the same way they do, we will keep hunting them down and killing them, no matter who is in the White House. Democrat Says We Need Less Freedom

Apparently, Peter Orzog, Obama’s former budget director, is more worried about the “logjam” in Congress than about our freedom. It is liberals like this who will kill this nation as a free country, and there are many more in the wings, yet to be elected or appointed to unelected powerful positions. The governor of North Carolina says we need to “suspend the Constitution.” Anybody who even SUGGESTS something like both these politicians have suggested should be immediately removed from office for subversive views. But the very thing they want to destroy protects them. Most of our problems have been CAUSED by people like this, yet they want to destroy our freedom to solve the “problems” THEY (and people like them) have created. (Weasel Zipper)

"Tea Parties" Dangerous?

That’s what ALL Democrats, and SOME Republicans say. Why do they say this? Because the “Tea Parties” scare the hell out of them. They know they will “upset their apple carts” and remove them from their little “fiefdoms.” They say they’re “racist,” bigoted, anti-Semitic, and all kinds of other things they can’t BEGIN to prove. But they keep saying these things, in hopes of discrediting them with blather before they can win any more elections (they've already changed the face of Congress, and are set to do more). The Tea Party is the strongest opposition the Democrats, AND the liberals in Washington have had in my memory and they’re frightened of them. Obama and his henchmen ARE the biggest danger this country faces. They’re working feverishly to destroy this country’s economy by spending them out of existence. Proof? Obama has spent more money in 3 years than ALL the presidents before him, and is showing no sign of slowing down. There is no money left, and he is gleefully printing more "funny money" every day.  HE has said that if he doesn’t solve the unemployment problem in 3 years he will be a “one-term president.” The Tea Party means to see that come true. The Tea Party is a natural outgrowth of liberals RAPING America. It is NOT “dangerous.” It will SAVE us if we let it. (Patriot Action Network)

Fewer Gays on Television

A “study” shows fewer gay characters in scripted series on television these days. Who cares? Nobody ever cared if there weren’t very many gay characters on television before the gay activists got more power than they deserve. And nobody except gay activists care today. I certainly don’t care, and I have no problem with what gays do behind closed doors. I DO care when they try and convince the public at large that homosexual activity is “normal and natural.” It isn’t. It is an aberration because sex is for procreation. It may be fun otherwise, but it's NOT “normal and natural.”  With gays, procreation cannot be achieved without the cooperation of a member of the opposite sex in some way. If I were gay I’d feel the same way. (Mail.com)

Same Old Crap!

I get so tired of hearing (mostly) liberal politicians say the same old crap, time and again. Things like “the rich get richer and the poor get poorer” when they don’t get their way. Things like “tax the rich” and “the rich don’t pay their fair share” when they not only DO, they pay MORE than their share. The Senate “shut down” Obama’s latest SPENDING bill (he calls it his “jobs bill”) and he uses the raggedy old “rich get richer” bullsh-t. Sometimes I wish they’d come up with something new to bullsh-t us with instead of the crappy old statements we’ve heard so many times they’ve gotten moldy. with old age. (Just common sense)

Bi Partisanship Is Unlikely

There is no such thing in real life; only in the feeble minds of liberals. This government was DESIGNED to be two completely DIFFERENT views of life; those who thought government should run everybody’s life and those who believe otherwise. There are many “shades” of opinion between these two extremes, but brought down to the very BASIC premise, it has always been, and always WILL be, a fight between different levels of these two extremes. Any politician who tells you different is LYING to you, as is Obama. He has been lying to you about BASIC things all his political career, and Americans are coming to realize that. They now know he can’t “lower the ocean levels” or “bring us together under ONE opinion.  (That would be a dictatorship). It’s impossible. People will ALWAYS disagree. That will never change. Who's Behind "Occupy Wall Street?"

They SAY there are “no leaders” for their “Occupy Wall street” demonstrations, but there ARE. Maybe they’re not DIRECT leaders, but they are leaders, nonetheless. They are people like George Soros, who has many organizations that he funds, using his vast $billions; then there’s the “Tides Foundation” and ”Code Pink,” both funded by Soros (who paid to print their “free” newspaper, “Occupy Wall Street Journal”). Jesse Jackson, Michael Moore and Al Sharpton are supporters of these demonstrations, and I expect to see them actively marching with the demonstrators, as is self-admitted communist Van Jones, who has verbally aligned himself with them. Cornel West, the college professor who says Herman Cain should “get off the crack pipe” has also praised these fools. Former House Speaker Nancy Peelosi also supports them, as does President Obama, although he has not said so openly. But you can tell by his facial expressions when he talks about them.  The “usual suspects,” like Harry Belafonte and Kayne West, and other “show biz” celebrities support them. Many of the demonstrators are volunteers, but many admit to being paid, some up to $20 an hour. In Boston, they demonstrate in favor of an Islamic terrorist who planned “violent Jihad” against the United States. (Just common sense)

"You Didn't Get Rich Alone"

That seems to be the liberal argument when we call their policies a “class war.” They say the rich didn’t make their money without the roads we built, the bridges, etc. Like the argument that teachers should be paid more than football players, their basic PREMISE is wrong. The rich earn their money because of their brains—and their ideas, AND their work. They create things that are worth a lot of money, so they’re entitled to earn a higher amount than those who do not, and cannot. Does this mean they should be taxed MORE  of a percentage than those who don’t have the intelligence to make themselves rich? That the rich should GIVE money and property to those who CANNOT earn as much from their own talents and abilities? Not on yer tintype! The rich ALSO paid taxes coming up and still do. The top 85% pay 25% of all income taxes paid—and that’s according to the IRS! Therefore, to make “the rich” pay a higher percentage of what they EARN to support those who DO NOT earn IS “class warfare.” Get used to it! (Just common sense)
