Seems all a cop or a fed has to do to take away ALL your rights is to “declare” you a terrorist and send you to Gitmo. There are no guidelines on just what constitutes a terrorist that they must follow. It’s a subjective thing and all up to the cop or fed who “deems” you a terrorist, and it’s almost impossible to get it reversed. So now they’ve started using it to silence their critics. It has become “terrorism” to be against higher taxes or oppressive regulation. They can arrest you without charges and send you to Gitmo or worse for an indeterminate time and there’s no appeal from this sentence. You won’t be “read your rights” because you won’t have any from the moment one bureaucrat or cop “deems” you to be a terrorist. They’ve somehow “forgotten” to create a system you can use to regain your rights. You will be lumped in with all those degenerate, Muslim extremist terrorists and your reputation and life will be ruined. You could even be subject to execution. For the moment, it’s only those against higher taxes and excessive regulation (like me). Soon the list will lengthen and there will be no public announcement. People will just begin to “disappear” and no one will know what happened to them. That’s when you’ll know we’re in a dictatorship. Obama is working hard to gain those ends, using Islamic terrorism as the “prop.” I expect to hear a knock on the door by men in black suits wearing dark sunglasses any time. If I disappear, I’ll either be dead or in Gitmo. (Update: they now claim people who pay cash for their morning coffee "could be" terrorists). If that's so, I must be a terrorist because I pay for just about everything with cash. (
