Obama never stops vacationing. When Bush “took a vacation” and went home to his ranch, he could usually be found clearing brush, repairing fences, cleaning out barns, and doing other kinds of work necessary to maintain a ranch. He usually needs a minimal Secret Service presence because he’s usually DEEP in his ranch, working. When Obama “takes a vacation” he takes a VACATION and usually spends a LOT of OUR money doing it—even if he does pay for the hotel (for himself, at least, not the Secret Service—and I’m not even sure he does that) and other personal costs. When he goes ANYWHERE, he spends thousands of our dollars, just to get there, and more thousands or our dollars to be protected. When he “visits” a place, he disrupts everything because it must be CLOSED to everyone else while he’s there. Then there’s his wife’s myriad “vacations” under the same circumstances—and she seems to be “on vacation” all the time. Yes, the presidency is a hard job. But it’s not THAT hard as to require that many vacations; not to mention the hundreds of golf games he plays with Secret Service people looking on. (Just common sense)
