Clinton knew; and Obama knew. That all knew we were heading for financial disaster. Bush, at least, tried 12 times to stave it off and was rebuffed by the people who MADE the law that CREATED the disaster, the “Citizen’s Reinvestment Act of 1976.” The law that FORCED lenders to loan money to people WITHOUT checking their credit worthiness. This was certainly a “recipe for fiscal disaster” and everybody knew it. They had only to “pull the plug” on “Fannie and Freddie” to unleash it, and guarantee a Democrat victory, which they did just before the 2008 presidential elections. Now a socialist is in the presidency and is surrounded by socialists, communists, and progressivists (a redundancy, there), which guarantees that SOONER, rather than later, we will become the “Union of American Socialist Republics.” That’s the aim of Obama and the rest of the collectivists now in office and unless we derail their plans in 2012, it WILL come to pass. Now Obama is still blaming Bush and the Republicans for what HIS henchmen did. (Just common sense)
