That’s always been the problem with the United Nations. They have no real power because they haven’t the power to tax their members. They dearly want that power, and have been working tirelessly to attain it. Now they’re trying to get taxing power to “fight climate change and the dilemma of broken promises by member countries.” First of all, “climate change” is IMAGINARY,” and “broken promises by member nations” is, too. Other nations know what the UN thinks is foolish and any promises made to forestall their action is proper. There is NO reason to give the UN taxing power because it is an organization run by the DICTATORS of the world. If we allow them to tax us, there’s nothing they can’t do to us down the road, including nullifying our Constitution, which is the only bulwark against them so far. (
