It now plans on applying a 75% tax rate on the rich, which will cause a BIG reduction in tax receipts from “the rich.” The rich know how to AVOID such theft taxes. And they WILL. And France as a nation will suffer when their economy goes to hell because of it since it's already halfway there. Doing such a thing is simply a “war on achievement.” It demonizes those who CREATE the jobs in society and causes them to stop doing so. They’ll find a way to avoid those taxes LEGALLY and will stop contributing to the wealth of the French economy. This is what socialism ALWAYS does, no matter WHAT Roseanne Barr thinks. People who believe socialism actually works in the long run are FOOLS, as she is. (
