Impossible Rules

Our soldiers are being asked to put their lives on the line using IMPOSSIBLE rules of engagement. I spoke to a man the other day who told me that as far back as in Korea, they were told that no soldier was allowed to shoot back when fired upon until one of their number was killed. KILLED! (This is the kind of thing you can count on when politicians run a war) Can you imagine the kind of rules of engagement under which they’re asked to operate today with these wimpy liberals in charge in Washington? Personally, if I were a soldier in a danger spot and a terrorist group fired on me, I’d make sure they were all DEAD, rather than take a chance that any of them would ever be “brought to trial” in New York City where they would be given all the rights they’re trying to destroy in their efforts to destroy the United States. There would be NO prisoners; ever. Or I would refuse to go until the rules of engagement were changed. They could send me to jail and feed me while giving me as place to live, for free. Better than being “cannon fodder.” (Just common sense)

New GM Chief

They can’t seem to keep a CEO at GM. I’m not surprised. Most people intelligent enough to be placed in that kind of a position don’t take kindly to being “bossed around” by the likes of Obama’s “fellow travelers,” all of whom are not only incompetent, they are PURPOSEFULLY incompetent. So they quit after finding out what it’s like being a “figurehead” for one of Obama’s constructs. I wouldn’t take the job if he offered it to me and said he’d pay me a million dollars a year. It’s not worth the hassle. They’re saying Rick Waggoner “blew his big chance” to create a “turnaround plan,” but that’s not how it worked. You can’t do such a thing within the limits Obama’s people put on you. Now Fritz Henderson said “screw it” after being blamed by the board for continued failure to see things get better. I predict that the Chairman of the Board, Ed Whitacre, Jr., will also soon say the same when they fail to find another patsy to take over. (Chicago Tribune)

Islamic Mosque Now At "Ground Zero"

Right next to the site of Radical Islam’s greatest triumph has been built an Islamic Mosque, which is a ”slap in the face” to all Americans. Why the City of New York even ALLOWED this, I can’t imagine. The Imam who runs it is the one who runs “sensitivity classes” for the FBI. Heaven only knows what he is preaching to those agents, let alone the Muslims who come to his Mosque. Take a look at the pictures accompanying this article. See that “junk” falling to the ground? Some of that “junk” is human beings jumping to their deaths to avoid being burned to death. This is what was wrought by radical Islamics on Sept. 11, 2001, and this picture has been BANNED from the news media for many years in an attempt to get American to forget the massacre perpetrated upon us on that day. The Democrats are still telling the lie that an overwhelming majority of Americans WANT “health care reform,” hoping those who pay no attention to politics will believe them; and the media doesn’t question them on it. They’re working the weekend, hoping to get “a leg up” on those who are adamantly against it. They KNOW we don’t want it, but they’re DETERMINED to “shove it down our throats,” never mind our gag reflex. They may even succeed, and then lose their jobs in the next election as those who DO pay attention to politics retaliate. If they fail, they’ll be back next year, and the year after that, until they DO succeed in taking over the medical business. (Talking Points)

"Unusual" Saturday Congress

They say it’s “unusual for Congress to meet on Saturday, but it’s not. That’s when they meet when they want to pass something they KNOW we don’t want and they know the press is taking time off. Those who aren’t have learned how to sleep with their eyes open on weekends. They THINK nothing ever happens on weekends, so Obama and his Democrat Congress hope to pass their health care takeover swindle while they’re asleep. (Fox News)

"Upside Down"

That’s how it is in this country today. The government is PROSECUTING the heroes who apprehended a murderous terrorist who masterminded the murders and mutilated bodies of soldiers who were found hanging upside-down on a bridge. That terrorist has a “fat lip,” which he probably gave himself so he could claim abuse on the part of his captors. They’re TAUGHT to do that so his capture becomes a plus for the terrorists. A cameraman does a “20-20” and goes into an ACORN office, filming them KNOWINGLY agreeing to help them buy a whorehouse to use underage girls, and to lie to the IRS; Somebody hacks into a database and gains information proving AlGore’s global warming swindle is just that. In both cases, they want to “investigate” and prosecute the “whistle-blowers who exposed those liberals and their scams. Nobody ever suggested "investigating" and prosecuting 20-20 for doing the same to non-liberals. We need to get rid of the criminals we now have in office, as quickly as we can. (Just common sense)

It's Very Simple

The whole purpose of being in business is NOT to “create jobs.” I'll repeat that: The whole purpose of being in business is NOT to “create jobs.” It is to make as much money as you can, which, if you are successful, AUTOMATICALLY creates jobs (sometimes well-to-do peopler and even millionaires) as a “by-product.” NOT as a “major purpose.” This is a concept that Obama and his “gang of thieves” just do not understand. It is this kind of incompetence that will cause this country to go bankrupt as he and his cohorts continue to do everything they can to destroy the economy, either incompetently, or on purpose, for their own purposes. I don’t know which it is, but I strongly suspect it is “purposeful incompetence.” (Just common sense)

UN Gun Control Scheme

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has signaled that the Obama administration would “work hand-in-hand: with the UN to get the global arms treaty signed. “Disguised as legislation to help in the fight against “’terrorism,’ ‘insurgency’ and ‘international crime syndicates,’[ the UN Small Arms Treaty is nothing more than a massive, GLOBAL gun control scheme.” Like most ignorant gun-control freaks, Hillary, Obama, and the UN still think criminals, whose whole reason for being is to break the law, will OBEY a law that says they can’t be armed.; when are these people going to get some COMMON SENSE? Newly re-elected Afghan President Karzai says he “is willing to talk to the Taliban.” How stupid is that? The Taliban simply wants ALL “non-believers” dead and themselves back in power so they can continue to whip women in public if they have the audacity to show so much as an ankle or an eye to a stranger. They want to be able to take women to a soccer stadium and shoot them in the back of the head for BEING raped. They brook NO interference with their beliefs and actions. Even from legally-constituted authorities. That aren’t going to agree to ANYTHING that doesn’t advance THEIR wishes. They’ve proven that, time and time again. The “accepted definition” of insanity is “doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.” Does Karzai's actions fit that description? You bet! (Yahoo News/AP)

A "Civil War?"

That’s what Rep. Shiela Jackson-lee says the war in Afghanistan is, proving again how blind and stupid liberals (Democrats) can be. She and others say the whole idea that “fighting them over there so we won’t have to fight them here” is “an old argument.” Yes, it is. And it will continue to be THE argument as long as it is true, no matter how much the liberals wish it was not. That’s the trouble with making a true argument your opponent will not admit to. After a while, it DOES become “an old argument" because it’s TRUE and will not be accepted. It’s hard to change to another argument because that argument would not be true. Liberals, whose arguments are lies to begin with, have no problem with switching to a new argument if what they’re saying is not working. (Just common sense)

Climate Change Is A Hoax

A hoax that has either taken in some of our leaders, or is simply being used by them to increase their power over us, while making us pay for it. The “Copenhagen Accord” is a good example of this. If it is signed, and Congress approves it, it will cause legislation that will simply fleece America for a lot more than AlGore has conned us out of. They used to call it “global warming,” but have changed its name to “climate change” because the globe has not been warming since 2000 and it got harder and harder for Gore’s disciples to maintain the fiction that even FREEZING was caused by global warming. They needed a name that could be twisted to mean just about anything. So “climate change” it is. They went to work to convince the world that it was not “politically correct” to call it “global warming” any more, and all their disciples, worldwide, jumped on the bandwagon. There is NO WAY humans could affect the climate on this world. Any change is cyclical and natural. ONE eruption of a volcano spews more particulates into the air than we EVER have. All this excitement is over ONE DEGREE of warmth over 100 years! Truly something about which to be disturbed about, right? (Just common sense)

How LOW Can They Go

Democrats are now trying to impute racism into Sarah Palin by quoting something she never said, as usual. They say she dropped out of one school because there were too many blacks there, which is absurd. But not at all unexpected. They’ve tried it before, on many people who do not agree with their politics. In fact, they’ve tried it so many times it doesn’t even work, any more. They call anybody who disagrees with Obama a racist. They can’t see ANY reason why people would disagree with him, but for racism. That this shows their own ignorance is obvious to anybody with a modicum of intelligence. They can’t see it because they have none. I feel sorry for them. They’re so afraid of Sarah, they’ll try anything to discredit her. (News Max)

Global Warming IS A Hoax

GLOBAL WARMING IS A HOAX: It has now been PROVEN to be a hoax. “Recently, hackers (I think of them as selfless public-spirited hackers) broke into the electronic files of one of the leading global warmist research centers, the Climatic Research Unit of the University of East Anglia in the U.K., and posted some 3,000 of the warmists' conspiratorial e-mails for all the world to see.” Global warming (or “climate change” as they are calling it now that the globe is no longer warming) is one of the biggest, and most successful swindles in the history of mankind (to my knowledge, and in my lifetime or the lifetime of my fund of knowledge). AlGore, the “Pope” of the global warming religion, will not debate global warming (whatever he calls it today) with ANYBODY. They'll probably "investigate" the hackers rather than the substance of what they discovered. He and his fellow swindlers are now "climategate deniers," calling those who believe in "climategate" stupid.

He allows no press into his highly-paid speeches on the subject, and throws out anybody who does manage to get through with a real question. Nobody has asked him about this situation because nobody can find him (at the time this was written). He’s hiding until he can find a plausible answer (If there is one. See "climategate deniers" above). That is, IF anybody is ever allowed to ASK him about it. I hate it that I am going to be forced to pay more in taxes to support this swindle that has made him and others multi-millionaires. If they ever ask me to apply for a “carbon credit card” in this country as they are trying to do in Britain, I’ll tell them to “go to hell.” They’ll probably put me in prison, but that’s okay. I won’t have to be there long because I’m old enough to get away with it. I’ll die there of old age, but I might as well make them pay for my funeral. (Emmett Tyrell)
